No product delivery

I put an order online last july 23. It contain synergy diet 17.6 oz and biofreeze push container 32 oz. And charged it to my charge card, i waited 30 days and there is no delivery-so i email them then your woman called Tatiana responded that there is a wait because of plenty of order. Its 8 weeks and there is no delivery-so i email them again and Tatiana state that its coming but its 3 months now theres no delivery. Im really upset currently simply because they got my cash and theres no product delivered. Hope the corporation be researched simply because they simply got the cash without providing the merchandise. Thanks
