Ripoff fraudulent billing, deceptive offers, order form setup to conceal billing info

Tv commercial says free one-month sample of Altovis. Website order form is set up to conceal the important part—that you will automatically be enrolled in Managed Care Direct, and that you will continue to receive shipments and your credit card will be billed, unless you cancel by a certain time. The button you click to order the free sample is at the top of the page—the fine print stating the rest is at the BOTTOM of the page.

If you assume you need only click and go on, you miss the info at the bottom! No where does it say, "Please see below for important information." Their policy is no refunds after shipment unless you cancel first, but you miss all that information if you click "Order" before reading the stuff below it.

I called the Customer Service number, which refers you to their website, and the website refers you to the Customer Service number! You wait on hold for a good length of time on the phone, only to have them tell you "Too bad, it says no refunds on the website." There are no links to an email address to contact them that way, either. All set up to steal at least $70 for that first shipment, before you realize you were supposed to cancel. Also, the commercials don't mention that Altovis is mostly CAFFEINE!
