Jacksonville FL National Fitness Promised contract could be cancelled for a fee but then trickedus into signing a contract that can't be broken

I took my daughter to Just Fitness 4 u and wanted to get her a 3month membership. Erika said if we got the 2 year membership it would cost us less per month and then she could cancel when ever she wanted for a $40 fee and 30 days notice. She went to cancel and was informed she signed a contract that can't be cancelled. The parent company refused to let us speak to anyone about it. I said it doesn't matter to you that your employee lied. She stated it doesn't matter what we tell you only what you signed in writing. She said Im marking you bad credit, charging you fines and hung up on us. Dont ever join this gym. What a rip off. So now instead of owing $420 we owe $673. That is a lot of fines. From what I have read this seems to be the way they run all their offices.
