Ripoff charges credit card without permission. False advertising. Enrolled in program without authorization

I asked for a trial of avlimil and was instead entered into a program to continuing sending me avamil without my consent and charged my credit card. I called the company to complain and get my money back. The customer service rep was extremely rude to me and when I asked to speak to a supervisor was told that it wouldnt help me. When supervisor got on the phone, she talked over me and would not let me get a word in edgewise.

I asked for a manager and was offered only half my money back. I said this was unacceptable since I signed up for a trial and that further shipments were sent to me without my consent and without a Drs written approval. I said I would contact the FCC and was rudely replied to - "Go right ahead, I dont care!" I also told her that I am obviously not the only complainer since all the reps were extremely rude and have delt with unhappy receipients before since they have no shame in speaking over me and telling me that calling would do me no good.

I have since contacted my credit card company and am disputing the charges. Credit card company said this was not the first complaint they have received for this company and will handle the matter accordingly. I suggest you dispute all charges and lets get our money back from this scandelous company. What a scam!
