I purchased hair dye and the color was wrong therefore I returned the dye and requested a substitution be sent to me. "Sam" asked for my credit card # for shipping and I never received the dye or heard from "Sam" again. I left several e-mails and never received a reply. Not only am I out about $40 but now this "Sam" has my credit card information. I cannot emphasize enough to NOT do business with this company. You will lose money.
