I do not recommend buying hair extensions here at all:

1. They are super overpriced and the quality is very low.
2. You can find the same product online or at other stores 5 times less than their price.
3. They said if you become a store member you'll be save 20% on next purchase and when you go there second time they deny what they said before.
4. They say they product are 100% human hair, but They are extremely dry and tangly, very frizzy, shed terribly and break easily once you wash them.
5. They customer service is the worse customer service ever.
6. They DO NOT exchange or refund even you don't open the package.
4. Their staff attitude is very rude and awful.
