I emailed & called several times with no response

I requested a "Sally of Troy Skilled Heat Wash" also it never arrived. I sent & named many times without any reaction. Then I ultimately obtained a contact back they wouldn't have the ability to load my purchase which my credit card could be returned, but there is never a credit again onto my card.
