They have brought back your Classic Bait and Switch programs along with incompetent staff whom are all trained to smile at you and see how much money they can get you to spend. They even have contests to see who can get the most money and services out of each client.
The employee is not the real one to blame, since they are doing exactly what Elizabeth VanderVeer tells them to do! There are many other places to have these services done. My advice and I am sure many others are to STAY AWAY!
