Ripoff-charged me $70.00 for pills, I returned 3-7-04 and have yet to receive refund

Avlimil charged me for pills $70.00 and I received and returned on 3-7-04. Was told I would receive a refund in about a month. I called back on the 4-14-04 at 3:57 PM to check on the progress was told to wait until 4-1-04 it was not received yet, for the credit. Called back on 4-6-04 at 3:37 PM to be told it could take up to 60 days before I get the refund.
