I am trying to pay for my health benefits which was due on August 1. I always pay on the 22nd of month after I receive my husband's disability check. I mailed on 8/22 and the check was not received so I mailed another express mail on 8/30 and it has not been posted. Now I stand the risk of being cancelled. No one at benefits can help me they only say when the second check is received it will be posted but what if it gets lost also. Merck Benefits does not take the responsibility of helping me.
