Ripoff false advertising scam

We saw the commercial for the 30-day free trail of Enzyte (only pay for shipping and handling) and decided why not, you never know it may work.

Boy were we wrong, not only did they not work but we were scammed out of $69.95. When we checked our bank balance today there was this unexpected charge so we called the company for more information. After being run around in circles for at least 20 minutes we were informed that there was no way we would get our money back even though we did not want the product and were in no way satisfied with the product.

So here is how they scam you, we placed the order on March 2nd and their policy is to automatically charge your credit card for another 2 month supply and ship it to you when you have "approximately" 5 days worth of the supplement left. So today being March 31st, 29 days after the order was placed they decided it was close enough to the "approximately" 5 days prior to the end of our supply to go ahead and ship out the product. They also informed us of the fact that once the product was shipped then no refund would be issued. I even informed the "supervisor" that I spoke to that if I knew about the "program" that I would have cancelled it, and he basically told me that it was my fault and it was too bad.

So just a bit of advice, if you do want to try the product then cancel it the day it arrives in the mail so you don't get charged for something you don't want. I am going to contact my bank and refute the charges, I only hope that the back is on my side.
