Ripoff of checking account

We have received our bank statement and on it was a charge from pharmacy.com for $139.00. My husband and I called the bank and on the electronic transfer of funds it had my name on his account. They have withdrew 139.00 out of the account without our knowledge. We have contaced our bank, the bbb and the federal trade commission. They need to be stopped from stealing people's money.
