Pain Management Doctor
Extremely Rude Staff

Doctor. Terrell Phillips is just a pain-management physician that works only at that center two times each week. It requires months to obtain a scheduled appointment with him. The small lady I talked to about an appointment was very rude when creating the appointment so when I went for my visit, I discovered it had been really for that past evening. Again-this rude perspective was apparent toward the individual before me after which in my experience. I attempted to reschedule, but would need to delay another three monthsapproximately for a scheduled appointment. This same small lady, with dark hair and deeper skin (perhaps Hispanic) stayed rude, and so I informed her I had been likely to record her bad attitude to my primary care physician to check out another pain-management physician where I'd be handled correctly. She subsequently terminated my visit and explained I'd not get another. I'll NOT see ANYBODY within this center again because of the disrespect of the team along with along watch for a scheduled appointment and also the incorrect day of visit being directed at me which lost both my period and my gasoline.
