Billed my credit card for 150USD on 1/14/04, never delivered bogus DHL number no phone

I ordered generic drugs on 1/14/04, they charged my card that day and still have not delivered. They sent me a phony tracking number, I called DHL and they said that the company was registered but they NEVER really sent stuff out.
