ER is a joke. Caused me more suffering than I had before I went in

About 7 months ago I had to go to the ER because the hatchback on my car fell on me while I was loading groceries. It hit right on my spine. I couldn't stand or walk upright. I was hunched over and the pain was almost unbearable. So my sister and her boyfriend took me to the ER.
Everything went as usual when I got there. They checked me in then they sent for a wheelchair to take me back to a room. Throughout the course of my visit several different people (nurses, techs, doctor) came in and asked me the usual questions. Name, DOB, what's wrong, etc. They all also asked me if I was allergic to any medications. I told them yes, I'm allergic to ibuprofen. It makes me itch and burn up.
At one point the doctor asked me to stand up straight, I told her I can't. So she tried to physically force me up straight! I was not too happy about that, but whatever, that's not even the worst part.
Then I had some scans done on my back. The doctor looked at them and told me that I had bruised my spine and hit the sciatic nerve. She then gave me an injection for the pain.
About 10 minutes later I started burning up and itching. When the nurse came back in, I told him what was going on and he looked at my chart. He asked me about my allergy to ibuprofen and what happens if I take it. So... I'm sure by now you can guess what was in that injection they gave me. And of course they had to give me benadryl to counteract it.
So even after telling at least 4 different people that I am allergic to ibuprofen, they injected me with it anyways!
I still to this day cannot figure out how they managed to let that happen.
