I ordered the free trial PowerHCG and I have been trying to cancel before the 14 day trial is up and when you call the number they provide for cancelling 800-581-8352 it keeps you on hold. I've been on hold for 85mins now. I'm afraid the storys i read on consumer complaints will happen to me. I emailed them and no response. I'm unable to cancel.
