Allegro Medical Deceptive Sales Practices

Buyer beware. Allegro Medical deliberately masks and suppresses it's return policy. Allegro Medical automatically declines returns a numerous items. On other items it imposes a re-stocking fee of up to 30%.
On "non-returnable items" Allegro Medical buries a small disclaimer on the 2nd screen of the product description. If the buyer does not scroll down, the disclaimer is not visible. Further, the disclaimer is in a smaller, plain black font with a small orange triangle. The majority of the product knowledge is in larger bolded font in a multitude of colors making the disclaimer hard to notice. The orange triangle is actually suppressed and will not print if you print the product page.
Allegro Medical could easily add a pop-up item during the purchase process to advise customers that they are buying an item for which Allegro Medical will not accept a return. As a buyer, this would cause me to evaluate whether is the appropriate avenue or provider for this product.
Also, if Allegro Medical "authorizes" a return, they impose a re-stocking fee. There is no reference of restocking fees during the purchase process. The re-stocking fee language is buried in their return policy and states "Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those returns authorized by AllegroMedical.com are subject to a restocking fee of
Up to 30%, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice." And there is no reference to re-stocking fees in any of the product materials.
Lastly, Allegro Medical adds no value. They do not inventory product. The products I bought were shipped not from Allegro Medical but from different locations around the country increasing the shipping cost.
