Bad Warranty on products

Bought a pair of Wileyx polarized sunglasses for $75.00 from a local dealer.
Had them for about a month and the lens coating started to peel and melt off. I sent them back to the company for repair.

They sent them back with a letter stating they were not covered under warranty.
I called customer service on 7/18. The lady said that they had been discontinued and not covered under warranty.

I believe that WileyX should have offered to replace them with another pair of sunglasses that were comparable to the ones I have. It is not my fault that they discontinued a product. They need to stand behind their merchandise.
