Ripoff unauthorized shipment and billing

Customer service representative promised a free sample and requested billing information for freight charges. When asked if I wanted enrollment in the Avlimil's automatic shipping and billing of the product. I responed "no." I recevied notification from my bank of an "overdraft." Avilmil had shipped an unauthorized shipment and debited my bank account.

I called customer service 02/25/04 and talked to Andrea. She was very courteous and promised reimbursement if I returned the product and provided proof of the overdraft. I will be watching my bank account carefully for the reimbursement.
