False advertisment

I received a flyer in the mail to go to Douglas Maiko for a hypnotist group seting to quit smoking. I was skeptical, because on the flyer it said money back guarantee. I paid the 59.99 and attended the session. Well, it didn't work, I'm still smoking. But thats not my complaint, I know it doesn't work for everyone. When I called him 3 days later and E-mailed him, I was told that we were to tell him after the session if it worked. How the heck would you know that immediatley. He gave NO money back, just said we could attend another seminar for free!!! Why, it didn't work. The best part was he took the flyers from us when we went in and thats where it stated the money back guarantee, so now we have no proof. I need another flyer to present to this rip off artist. He also stated that to have a private session it would have cost us 195.00, like we should be grateful he only ripped us off for the 59.99. I went with 3 people and all 3 of us still smoke and no-one got there money back. I would recommend that if anyone receives his flyer DO NOT GO!!! As an after thought he never mentioned at the seminar that we were suppossed to tell him we weren't hypnotised.
