What a Shame that people scam seniors for their money

My aunt had bought some products that she thought would have suit her and she notice she was not able to take them because she was diabetic. A couple of weeks later she called to advise that she was not going to be able to use the products because of her health condition and she was able to speak to a gentleman who had advise my aunt that he was going to be mailing her a return label along with the reimbursement of the products she received. My aunt got sick and as far as I know from working in a customer service department that everytime a customer calls their are notes in the system in regards to the calls. I went ahead and contacted them to advise that my aunt has been waiting for her reimbursement and return label and that she has not received anything. During the time they did had time to call and offer more products but they did not have time to send to my aunt what was offier to her. When I called first the number provided on the receipt doesn't connect you to noone it provides you a little info in regards to their days and time of operation and then it hangs up and then the other numbers online are to a cell phone which someone lady with very poor ethics and understanding to the meaning of customer service answer the phone very rude and advise that their will be no reimbursement that all sales are final. When I try to explain myself to her she wanted to sit there and argue. The question is due they actually know their law and the punishment to fraud and how is easy it is to gather a couple of unhappy customers with the same issue and bring it up. Hopefully they have permits that are legal for this company.
