Not getting a report on whats is going on

They don't inform you what's happening. Spoke towards the case employee on 5/10 and also the physician was to contact and let's know anything.By today 5/13 we've not noticed for him. The caseworker left a note stating he could be launch on Monday 5/16. This can be a 85-year old-man that cannot actually make sure to consider their own medication and believes he is able to still generate.
