I was hired by terry wyrick 04 to place product in southern indiana. I was paid for each placement a flat fee and promised residual payment on resets. No resets ever paid. Company had all employee conference call around 08 to discuss new product every salesperson wanted to talk about reset payments we were ignored. I stopped placing products immediately. As far as i am concerned we were all misled from the beginning by terry wyrick & his owners. There were at least 40 reps at that time never being paid our resets.
Are there many complaints on this issue?
