I was forced to pick a category above so chose Health & Beauty. My complaint extends to the entire store as you will see from the following comments. I care for my elderly mother so we are constantly getting prescriptions filled at the Walgreens located in Grasso Plaza (NW Corner of Rock Hill and Gravois) Saint Louis, MO. It is conveniently located a few doors up from where we live. Therefore, we also shop their weekly ads. The problem is that the first day of the ad the merchandise is not there. Many other people have complained besides myself but it seems to do no good at all. Whomever is in charge of buying for that store should be fired immediately! They tell me it's all done by computer but someone still has to be pushing the buttons. It's just frustrating to have the list of things you want and then leave without half of them. I swear as soon as they finish building the new Walmart in our area I won't step foot in that Walgreens again.

Can't something be done about this? I've never attempted to enter their $3,000 sweepstakes but wouldn't waste my time. Looks like a lot of other people have tried and are very frustrated by the process. Does walgreens use bait and switch tatics with their weekly ads and their contests? If so, something should be done. Looks like they don't even care these poor business practices are causing them to lose customers.
