I've used patterns for more than 7 years and that I attempted purchased from several businesses that purchase ACTUAL Indian hair which organization doesn't. To begin with the purchase 1 get 1 shouldve been a red-flag, quality, natural indian hair is a lot more costly but I believed it was a restricted promotion the organization was operating therefore planning against my stomach I bought 2 4oz 16in organic influx for 160 delivery... Within the carrier the hair appeared okay but after it had been mounted I instantly understood the consistency wasn't Indian hair it had been really dried and shaggy looking. After I covered the hair the dunes vanished and so I had the hair cleaned and deeply trained wishing this might aid. To my shock it managed to get worse and Our stylist employed exactly the same items as she do on different patterns. At this time I am really irritated and I contact the organization they delivered mean e-mail (that we saved for evidence) stating that I might have received a "poor" order plus they might deliver me a totally free group upon my next purchase, bc they cannot return the cash. Effectively the problem using the one month return is the fact that u won't understand the consistency and sense of the hair till it is mounted and when your a business who stands behind your item 100% you'dnot have to return $ it must merely express should you get a poor order hair deliver it back for alternative. The corporation is just a laugh and also the BBB ought to be included bc they're marketing false advertsing... Obviously steer clear don't purchase. Sorry such a long time but I can not remain businesses that make the most of customers.
