Receive sample and $90 charge two weeks late

I ordered the free sample of SouthBeach Java - never received it but within two weeks was charged $90 for one pound of coffee... I never opened the package, called and got the necessary RMA (return merchandise authorization) and sent it back via USPS with the tracking number the next day! 3 weeks later, I call as there has been no refund and they will check into it! I could have driven the product to their office and gotten a faster response. I recommend if you live in the area, drop it off and get a receipt! I cannot vouch for the product but I can tell you that this company is a scam - and really??! $90 for a pound of coffee??
