Lied and tried to take my hard earned money

I was reffered to Cane Ridge Dental via dental ins website. I checked them out first to see if I would even like their office. I called and made an appointment that ended up being a whole month away due to the volume of there paitents. That was a good thing I thought.

Upon going to the office for my appointment at first I thougfht what a nice place this is until I reached the front desk. The staff was rude and I had to stand there for about 5 minutes before anyone saw that I was there. I filled out my paper work and turned it back in. My appointment was at 1130am and they never said they were running behind and just let me sit there for over an hour.

The hygentist took me back to the room which was not properly protected around the head rest and arms of the chair. The instraments were not in any kind of protective bag. I brought in my own xrays but they insited that I needed to take more for there records. They promissed not to chgargde me. Well they filed that to my insurance company. Lets just say thats insurance fraud!

As she was poking around my gums her and the assistant were talking about random stuff and at one point she had the assistant text her husband in the middle of cleaning my teeth. She bounced all around my mouth and when she was done I could tell she didnt clean them right. I could still feel plauqe and tarter on my teeth. They didnt feel as clean as they did at my other office in another state.

The dentist came in and told me who she was and procceded to look at my xrays. I cpould over hear her talking to the hygentist and I kept on hearing endo and deep cleaning. I asked her why I needed a root canal and ddep cleaning she told me paitent education is importatnt and they needed to treatment plan anything thet might happen in the future. Then she got an attitude and left. She never used an insturament in my mouth to see where my cavitys are.

When they presented me my treatment plan the lady from the front was so rude and was like you need 14 fillings and its gonna cost you $2000.00 outta your pocket. I looked it over and let me tell you according to them my front teeth all needed fillings and only some one who smokes crack could have teeth as bad as they were telling me. I decide to get a second oppion and forund out all the teeth that needed fillings, root canals, and deep cleanings were all false infromation. Also I ended up going there to pick up my xrays and they acctual gave me someone else xrays. I am to wonder how many people here in tennessee have been suckerd into what Cane Ridge is doing to there paitents. Be very aware that they will rip you off and try to fix thibngs that are not needing to be fixed.
