Sold me a no good insurance policy

Lat year-around Feb I got out a life-insurance plan for my 25-year old child that's a rare lung infection. I looked the web and was approached by a realtor that offered for severalcompanies I told him what my requirements were, he explained he'd return to me, he discovered HSBC (NY) does not protect lung dfiseases but hers was outlined as you they did not protect and so I bought it at around $50 amonth nicely in dec my mom was wondering questions concerning the polic so my child named HSBC and asked to confirm the plan could be paid if she was to perish, and where period they stated "no" we do not spend When you have a lung illness and so I named and informed them the consultant explained it was one which wasn't outlined therefore the returned to examine with no it's not coated and we informed them about this, therefore fundamentally they took a decades rates for whole year. I supplied evidence, plus they explained sorry about my fortune!!!
