Harmed and killed my fathe

My dad was an individual in the Mount Sinai Hospital Department of Rehabitation. Doctor Ragnarsson left him to die and was irresponsible. It had been Sunday and also the document was at his country-club in Westchester golfing while my dad was left to die in his space. The document declined to come quickly to a healthcare facility that evening and rather was never noticed. This document was completely irresponsible and robbed of his life.
