Please don't patronize the Fantastic Videos in Berkeley, CA. I had been billed and extra $45 due to "my hair consistency and period it required to complete my hair." I've really workable frizzy hair and also to be billed due to my hair feel is elegance. The dog owner was rude and argumentative.
