I am writing this report to warn people to never ever ever ever never ever ever never ever ever ever ever ever ever never go to this Mental Health agency in Portland Oregon unless you want to be treated like dirt, talked down to, cussed out, belittled horribly and blamed for being mentally ill and blamed for being unemployed. He told me because of me was why I was there and taking his time. Robert from Cascadia in Portland, you are EVIL and are SATAN. Robert Moore who does the intakes over there at the 42nd and Division office could care less ablut your situation and looks at you within the first 30 seconds and sums up what he thinks about you. He told me I was in there for drugs when I have been clean for almost 5 years and sober and I can prove that. I realized after I got on the number 4 Tri met bus back to downtown to catch the max back to Beaverton that this ROBERT was the same man that I had seen back in 1996-1997 and told me the same things. He used to be a doctor for HealthFirst Medical that went bankrupt totally in 1999. He did the same thing to me in 1999 and decided I was a piece of crap then as well as he did today 3/28. This man asked no questions or anything nor did no assessment. I filled out paperwork for nothing. He was cold, cruel and calloused and stone faced like a robot. He said before he started belittling me that he was a social worker. I used to see workers over at St Vincents hospital when I turned myself in in 1999 and Robert was no social worker. He was SATAN in disguise and blamed me for everything and being ill. I told him I had called 150 places and found nothing but dead ends as far as getting the mental health care I needed and how bad I was hurting and he proceded to keep belittling and blaming me for these problems. I was in a bad car wreck that was not my falt in 2006 and he said that was my falt too. This man was EVIL EVIL EVIL and SATAN somehow working for this Cascadia Agency. They told me to leave and never ever come back or they were going to call the law on me and put me in jail all for having mental health problems. I am warning people that if you live in Washington County Oregon to never go to this Cascadia Healthcare place or you will be blamed and belittled and called names and blamed for ALL your mental health and unemployment and all your problems according to SATAN-ROBERT. How dare you do this to people Robert at Cascadia and blaming me for everything without knowing a GD thing about me. You are EVIL EVIL EVIL Robert and was told to do this to me at that time. I hope you go and crawl under a rock and stay there and I cannot believe you have a job over there doing this to consumers. You are a EVIL EVIL EVIL man. I did research all day last Friday and called the National Alliance for Mentally Ill in Washington DC and was told that in 2006 and 2007 Washington County Oregon was wiped out for funding for All mental health services and this is the tip of the iceburg and that everything is being cut in Oregon for good. There will be total anarchy within 3 years if not sooner. Me and this city Portland Oregon will not put up with the garbage and the crap that they are pulling at these places.in 47 years of life never have I seen a EVIL EVIL man as Robert over there at Cascadia Mental Health on Division in Portland Oregon. He will treat you as if you are the wrongdoer because some person high on the totam poll in Washington has told hom to do that to all people in Washington county Oregon to try and help kill us all of here and make the US a third world nation. I hate your fricking guts Robert from Cascadia Healthcare. You are a joke and a liar and a paid population eliminator.
