Sensa Month 1: it was the only month that I lost weight. Effects started immediately that day. The entire urge to eat, even when I should eat was gone. Because I had no urge to eat at all, I would suffer from low blood sugar attacks. Because I showed no signs of hunger, there were no signs to tell me when I needed to eat to keep my blood sugar levels at a normal level.

Sensa Month 2: No weightloss. Did not curb my appetite. Diarreah and vomiting.

Sensa Month 3: No weightloss. Did not curb my appetite. The worst symptoms yet... Even though I would eat at normal times and amounts my body would mimic a very severe low blood sugar attack. I would for example, eat oatmeal for breakfast. One hour later, I would start to get the shakes, nausea, dizziness, and weakness in the knees, arms, and hands. I would try and eat protien that would normally bring my sugars up and stabilize me. It wouldn't work so I would resort to the emergency plan which would consist of consuming some sort of sugar to bring my levels up fast. I would consume, candy, juice, apples, anything that would normally bring it right up. Even the sugar would not work. I would continue to shake, be sick, and weak like I would pass out. At times, I could not even walk without hanging on to something or someone.

Sensa Month 4: I moved onto month 4 about 3 week into my Month 3 because of the horrible side effects. Side effects were not as strong but these "false blood sugar attacks" still did happen on occasion and I was not losing any weight.in fact, I beleive I was eating more to try and compensate for these awful attacks. I discontinued 2 weeks into my month 4.
