This Facility is not Special

They dont tell you information on loved ones, they conceal facts that would be helpful in decision making, if a firend did not get his mom out of there there is a good chance they would have been planning arrnagements the next day. The staff at times operate out of the scope of there licenses thinking they know better do to there experience when they dont. They dont record accurate information and the day a major incident occured the charge nurse altered the record to make her self look good.

They misrepresneted themselves from pre admission til the date she went to the hospital. So in the end really look at where you placed loved one, check out there profile with the state, check out the licenses of those who will be providing care, as well make sure it is the right fit, North East Center is not in my view.
