Not getting my dentures as promised on time

I visited shore dental in july to truly have a group of dentures made, it charge me $2,700 bucks, the collection arrived back gruesome searching they stated these were having another collection made, but as of this moment i still don't have any base plate. I've needed to function since July and become round the community without any teeth, i believe i ought to be paid a number of my cash back, I am very dissappointed in there support and I'd not recommence no body move there, if i get no solution back, I'm likely to proceed thru the Greater Buerua And find out what they suggest me to complete, Barbara Brummitt
