Continues to charge bank acct after cancelling month prio

I made phone call and spoke to person to cancel future order and was assured that it would be cancelled immediately and no further charges would be made against bank acct. To my dismay the next bank statement indicates 4 charges were made again. 2.95,0.02,87.15, and 0.70. The phone number given to cancel and even address the matter is is inaccessible and NO product in sight to say the least. I get no where trying to progress on sites on web to approach issue. My issue is mirrored by other reports of same.
