My Ever Brite Smile
Scam

Like the rest of the brite smile stories I was dumb enough to fall for the scam however they only got the trail charge of about $5.00 since after I placed the order i immediately called my bank to cancel my card... This was back in february, I soon after called the company and spoke with a foreign person on 2 seperate occasions they SUPPOSEDLY canceled my trial and was supposed to send me an email however i never received them... So that was my fault that i didnt wait and for the email and soon after... Now. TODAY I received a letter from:

Collections dept

7251 w. Lake mead blvd, suite 300

Las vegas, nv 89128

In the letter theres the schpeel about your card in ending in blah blah has been declined and now i owe a past due balance of $139.95 that i need to pay within 15 days or they will be sending me to a 3rd party collection agency and my credit will be affected. I unfortunately threw the paper of the name of the person i spoke to and it now came back to bite me in the ass!!! So now what can i do for them not to send me to collections or can they even do that? Any help would be appreciated.
