Unprofessional Service

I had appointments three times, first time for a stress test, second time for echocardiogram and the third time for a follow up. MY insurance paid $175.00 and the clinic sent me a bill for $480.00. After another month they sent me another bill for $750.00. I called a couple of times to enquire about the bill. A person named Simone answered me and I told her that I am willing to pay the $480.00 on a monthly basis because I am only working partime now, and I can always increase it as I work. Simone bluntly refused and said I have to pay all now or she would send me to the Collection Agency. She said in an unproffessional manner "Now or the Collection Agency". Before I could try to talk to her she hung up the phone. I also tried to call a couple of times back and I got an Answering Machine every time.
