I called Coast Dental to have my teeth cleaned. They informed me they would have to do an xray before they did the actuall cleaning. I asked them several times on the phone if after this procedure they would do the actuall cleanin they assured me they would. When i got to the dental office i again asked them if after the process would they clean my teeth, iasked them several times and they again said they would. After the xrays they then informed me i needed to do several hundred dollars more worth the work before they would proceed. They said they could not do the cleaning because of other conditions it was against Florida law. Ihave emailed the office and sent registerd mail to them to explain to me what law it was against. I have never recieved an answer to this question. I am taking them to court to sue them for what i believe is fraud. They have filed a Motion to Dismiss against me.
