Before Christmas, Signed up to do FREE TRIAL with acaiReduce and cleanseAware - only postage had to be paid.
Within a few days got produce but also got CHARGED full price of AUD208.74 postage.
Tried to phone and email - no success. Put it down to BAD experience and promised myself to never order online again!
Big surprise a few weeks later - 16. January got CHARGED AUD 208.42 postage - no produce received.
Again sent email to support@acaireduce.com to ask them to either immediately reimburse AUD417.16 postage or send immediately the year's supply of produce (11 bottles of acaiReduce and 11 bottles of cleanse Aware) and to never charge my account again.
Now I am waiting for them to do the "right thing"
