Insurance ripoff

As a associate of this company, I feel we are all being ripped off with our insurance, the company seems to be able to dictate who and what type of care you recieve, I am referring to the need for weight loss surgury, when I called the NEW insurance co, they said the company had set an exclusion on that, I guess they would rather pay for for all the health problems incurred by being overweight, which they are doing

But WE PAY FOR THIS INSURANCE the dont give it free, by no means, so why cant we be in charge or have a choice in what we have done, they say its a cosmetic thing, life is not cosmetic!!! I was told I could file a appeal, but I know how far that bird will fly! Millions of folks have had some sort of weight loss surg and been given a new lease on life, but our employer says NO, are they keeping insurance policys on all of us like years ago?

If they make us stay fat and sickly, then they can cash in? WAKE UP... Smell the coffee, this is 2004 not 1930, and the major co, tells you how to live and the amt of kids to have, the CEOS of this co, do really well, perhaps they could help me out!!!
