Took my money and did not send product

They did not ship my order, as they stated to me they had. The USPS has told me they never received it. After waiting 10 days, I finally tried to contact supplementwarehouse.com. Getting in touch with them via telephone is next to impossible unless you are placing an order. I ended up speaking with Holly Fletcher, who assured me she would reship the package. Citing trust issues with their company, I requested written confirmation, which Ms. Fletcher agreed to send. I have still not received any communication from her. Our funds are extremely limited right now, and we cannot afford to throw money away. As it stands, they have my money and I have nothing. I wish I had read more reviews before ordering from them. Stay away from thiscompany!!
