Gave a bad eye exam 09/25

I had my eyes checked at their old location 300 Baybrook Mall, Freindswood, Tx 77546. The prescription for my eyes was totally incorrect. Sears Optical said, they would not recharge me if I would get corrected prescription from the same doctor. I made an appointment, for Friday January 14 at 2:10 PM. I told them that presriprition for my left eye was incorrect. I told them I really didn't notice it until I realized my eyes seemed more tired than before. I had to revert back to using my old glasses, because I didn't want to make my eyes worst. I went for my appointment for 2:10 PM today, they check prescrition in old glasses verses new glasses, and their was a big difference in the prescrition. They kept me waiting for over an hour after my appointment and clerk talking to me 3 times during that time trying to make me feel that I didn't know what I was talking about. They said, after an hour of my appointment they I would have to pay for a re-check. The Optictian Param Singh did not want to face me to tell me this. I told the clerk I didn't think I need to pay for new exam since they made the misstake. So, I decided was not going to pay them for a new exam, because I was afraid they would not give a good exam and I walked out. So, I decided to go to another eye clinic, and comparing the two exams, the exam that Nettu Chawla Optician gave totally incorrect. It is a good thing I discovered it, or eyes would have gotten worst instead of better. I can say Thanks to Sears took the new precription from the new eye clinic and will not recharge me for the new lenses, which I feel was very nice of them to do that for me. I feel that Pearland Eye Clinic should give a refund for my first exam, since the prescription was totally incorrect.
