Non payment of accounts and poor service

I called Airis disaster medical quantity plus they called me to Linmed Clinic in Benoni. I had been hospitalized about the 18th of Desember 2009. They actually delivered mean agreement number. Today Air state I have to create a 25% copayment of R2407.44 becuase Linmed isn't on the authorized listing of hospitals. This after I've established that Linmed is on the checklist (with another broker at Airis call-centre!)

Air also will not spend a therapy consideration of R183. There 2009 statements and advantages routine plainly says THAT therapy is coated during clinic.

Their contact center brokers will also be obviously not educated to cope with statements and specialized issues when I have obtained VARIOUS factors why the consideration isn't compensated i.E. Linmed overcharged the typical PPR price of 300% and Linmed isn't on the clinic checklist.
