Claim unpaid after 3 months of begging

I've two statements which have remained outstanding for 3 mths. During this period, Generation-Health have lied in my experience 3 times:

1. They stated they inadvertently returned the physician straight, in the place of me (that they didn't).

2. They stated they did an EFT to my check bill (that they didn't)

3. They insisted they transferred a check into my consideration over a weekend (that they didn't).

Every time I request evidence of cost I get given a guide quantity plus they do not send something.

I will have 5 research figures, among which relates to a phone they recorded to get a Boss to contact me back.

I've used a few months (moment lost) and who understands how much cash on phone calls (being placed on hold forever, when they actually reply the telephone) but still no quality.

I'm beyond disgusted.

That Is among about 10 various situations of poor (or number) support that I've obtained from Generation-Health.
