Poor product, wont refund my money, unable to reach them

I have attempted several times to get my money back, when the device around it was not working, the person I spoke with before was very rude now I cant reach anyone. I have left several messages via email to the administrator with no responses. I now believe the negative comments that were posted. My credit card company is helping me get my money back. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau.
