Decietful - Crook-Lier-Shody work, another dentist repaired-did not do what was payed for-would not refund money

This was my first time going to this dentist. I had my teeth cleaned and he insisted that I have novacaine, that I didn't want. Then they took xrays. I was given a paper stating the cost and what needed to be done. He told me I had a cavity and I need a root canal. This costing 1268.00 payed in advanced. On second visit I made a comment about never having pretty teeth. He responded by saying, " I can fix that." I just looked at him. I was there to have a cavity repaired and a root canal. He inturn took it upon himself to do a teeth whitening and bonding of my teeth to make them pretty.

When done I asked if he did the root canal. He said no. I just looked at him. The office person said to me, I know your not expecting this, and she handed me another bill for 615.00. He all along not telling me what he was going to do. Now I am so infuriated, and all he had to say was did you read the paper that was given to you. Like it was his license to do and charge whatever he wanted. I have no dental insurance and this took all my savings, and he wanted more! Stating that I had another filling that needed repaired.

I returned to my old dentist, he repaired what the other one screwed up, told me that the other filling was fine and all this was only 208.00.
