Charges for backorders, delays, deception, more delays, promises, more delays

This company seems to have low prices, but then sends a small, partial shipment and backorders the rest. Unlike other companies, they charge you for the backorder.

This is followed by promised shipping dates that keep getting moved, over and over again. If you try to cancel, you are blocked because your "order is being processed."

Finally, when promised a credit within 7 business days, it doesn't show up.inquiry brings a further response that your credit will show up within 1 or 2 billing cycles. They certainly seem to be able to charge you quickly enough!

I sent a complaint to my credit card company. I see that "Dominick V." filed a similar complaint last August. I wish I had looked up that website beforehand. Stay away.
