I can not get all the rebate offered - sent me a credit card with confusing instructions

I got sent a credit card valued at $50.00. I charged $25.00 and then charged $12.29 - that was fine. But when i tried to get the rest of it i did not know i needed to charge EXACTELY what was left on the card. Now i need to wait 31 days to get to the rest of the money! I tried to call and get help but that was useless; SO i will NOT buy Coopervision products again. Thank you.
