Hydroxatone
Was charged and enrolled in a protection plan I did not autherise

Health & Medicine

I ordered a free 30 day trial of some anit-aging cream. The offer said I could try it 30 days risk free and if I wasn't happy to just cancel after 30 days. I would only need to pay shipping. I was charged only $3.98 for the shipping. This was fine. My complaint is that on the same day my credit card showed a charge from a Profinity Protect for $11.98 and I received a document in the mail saying I had signed up for their service. This charge would be monthly. Their was nothing on the paperwork I received with the cream nor did the rep who called me to verify I order it say I was getting signed up for a protection service I didn't want. BEWARE I should know at my elderly age nothing is a free trial.
