Overcharge by acaioptimum

I have two detailed letters send to the company. I am happy to share them. This is a long story.

In short I signed up to a free trial for acaioptimum and advanced colon respectively. The price was supposed to be about 1 dollar for each (freight). They have subsequently charged my creditcard for 4*99.96 dollars (a larger number of small amounts aorund 1.5). They have subsequently refunded 1*99.96. They have only sent one bottle of each. So in total they have charged more than 300 dollars for 2 bottles.

They change explanations everytime. First time they referred to the filling out of two heavy rebate forms and said they would send the next set of bottles soon. They also refer to some secret terms and conditions. Now they have promised to refund one more set of 99.96. But the refused to send the two outstanding bottles (which I did not order), but as a minimum I want the product.

I have noted on the complaint sites that very many others have been tricked as well. Please help. I think this is in any case a matter for the police.
